Our goal is for you to be satisfied completely. If your question is not answered below, please reach out!

Did you receive a damaged or wrong item? We apologize for any inconvenience and want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days or product delivery.

We offer store credit or replacement ONLY on eligible returns.

  • Eligible returns consist of damages, flaws, wrong size, color, or print other than actually ordered. 

  • Orders are eligible for a return if the items are received back to Ink Attic within 7 days of the customer receiving the product.

  • Merchandise must be returned in original condition.

  • Shipping charges will not be credited for returns.

  • Once we have processed your return you will receive store credit/exchange.

  • Please allow 3 business days to process your return.
